The price of the hunting tour does include:

• Tourist Invitation
• Interpreter
• Accommodations
• Meals
• City Excursions
• Hunting Guide
• Licenses
• Insurance
• Farewell Party
• Carriage of client
• One trophy for each game presented in the package.

The price of the hunting tour does not include:

• Air ticket
• Cleaning, preparation and taxidermist services
• Delivery of trophies
• Rifle hire and cartridges
• Personal expenses
• Everything not mentioned explicitly in the section

Booking

Once a booking has been agreed the booking will be provisionally reserved in your name pending the first down payment. Once the first down payment will be accomplished any invitation will be sent to the Russian Embassy or Consulate defined by the client.

Payment and Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the tour price is required as booking confirmation.

Payment may be made directly from your bank to our bank. All payments must be made in a negotiable Euro instruments. US Dollar instruments could be also accepted obeying to the currency conversion rate provided to you by our specific note.

Bank charges arising from the transfer of funds will be payable by the client. The final balance, additional trophy fees and any other extras must be cleared at the end of hunting tour and prior to departure. The final payment is required in cash.

Refund

The animal will only be refunded if the hunter was not given a chance at a shot; the trophy will then be refunded at a 20% reduced rate.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation and where the booking can be re-let, payments will be refunded less administration fee. We therefore recommend that clients take out holiday insurance against cancellation because deposits will be forfeit if we are unable to re-let your tour.

Hunting Conditions

The stalker or guides decisions and instructions during hunting are final.Clients are asked to shoot when conditions are favorable.Wounded or lost animals will be charged in full.

Insurance

Each hunter will require adequate insurance cover for personal accident, public and third Party liability and any eventualities connected with his or her hunting trip, this cover can be arranged on request, a booking can not be accepted without insurance cover.

Liability

Every reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients will be taken. However, no liability will be accepted for injury, loss or illness, before, during or after the safari.

Taxidermist and shipping agents

We recommend both reliable taxidermists and/or shipping agents. Should you decide to use your own, no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by us for any loss or damage occurring to your trophies prior to, during or after packing, shipping, tanning and mounting.
